When I lived in SF with Hills we had a polaroid by the door. Anyone that visited (friends/family/strangers) got their picture on the wall. I had the pictures just sitting in a drawer and I finally scanned them. The only logical next step is to GIF them.

Spent today with the family in Santa Cruz just enjoying ourselves on Earth day. When I met up with my Mom and Casi in the morning I showed them a little iPhone app I got called “ShakeItPhoto.” We ended up getting super into and taking pictures all day, documenting our adventure. Tons of fun and lots of laughs. “Oh, take a photo of that! OH! Of that!” All the pictures turned out pretty good considering there was no post production involved. Check out the gallery on Flickr.

Scott Holtog posed about ShakeItPhoto and it intrigued me enough to spend the buck in the app store to get it. I have enjoyed it so far. I find myself taking a lot more pictures of things. I wish it had a few more color options, but it is still fun. Check it out.
